Common questions
How quickly will someone get back to me?
The painter who covers your suburb contacts you directly, usually by phone or email, to ask a few questions and arrange a time to see the job. If you'd rather be contacted one way and not the other, say so in the form's details box.
Can I send photos?
Yes. Email photos to hello@paintmyhouseauckland.co.nz after sending the form, and mention your suburb. Photos of flaking paint, damp patches or the rooms you want done help the painter understand the job before the visit.
I started painting myself. Can someone finish it?
Yes. Choose "Finishing a job I started" in the form and tell us what's done and what's left. The painter will look at what's there, fix any patchy areas and quote to finish the job properly.
